We use the following data for the purposes set out in this privacy statement:
- name and address details
- telephone number
- billing address
- e-mail address

Register
Certain parts of our services require you to create an account and register first. After registration, we save your chosen user name and the personal data you provided. We save these data so that you do not have to fill them in again each time and so that we can contact you as part of the execution of the agreement. We keep your data for as long as you have an account with us. To delete your account, see the heading ‘Delete account’ later in this statement.
We will not provide the data linked to your user name to third parties, unless this is necessary within the framework of the execution of the agreement you conclude with us or if this is required by law. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of our services, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.
Portal and dashboard access
Our portal allows you to access a management environment where you can set up, specify and change things yourself. To grant you access, we need your personal data.
Delete account
You can cancel your account and delete it or have it deleted by means of the appropriate functions in your management environment or by sending us a request to that effect by e-mail. We will process your request as soon as possible. We will delete your account as soon as possible, but at the latest within one month. We may need to keep certain data for longer, such as payment data (if applicable). For example, the tax authorities have a statutory retention obligation of seven years.
Handling demo request
When you request a demo from us, we use your personal data to process it. If necessary for proper processing, we may also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this later in this privacy statement.
Contact form and newsletter
Through our website, we offer the possibility to ask questions by means of a contact form, whereby you are asked to fill in various data in order to handle your question. You choose which data you provide when doing so. The data you send us will be kept as long as necessary according to the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail for a complete response and handling.
We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission. If you are already a customer with us, it is possible that you will receive the newsletter without your explicit consent. However, it is possible to indicate in advance that you do not want this (opt-out).
Advertisements
Our website may display third-party advertisements, which track personal data in order to tailor them.
Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose your data to our partners. These partners are involved in the performance of the agreement. Our website includes social media buttons. With these, the operators of these services collect your personal data.
Security
We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:
- access to personal data in your account is protected by a user name and password;
data is stored in a separate, protected system after receipt; - we take physical measures to protect access to the systems in which personal data are stored;
- we use secure connections (Transport Layer Security/Secure Sockets Layer, abbreviated to TLS/SSL) that protect all information between you and our website when you input personal data;
- we keep logs of all retrievals of personal data.
Retention periods
The personal data described above will be kept for as long as necessary to process your requests, provide our services to you or deal with your questions, comments or complaints. The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment data).
